I was shown and learned more than I thought was possible. They build you from the ground up; starting your freshman year with exercises that will help you smoothly transition into the lifts as juniors and seniors. The amount of attention to detail placed into the program is what really makes it great. The program laid out by the staff has allowed me to successfully transition into college athletics.
