I’m thrilled with boot camp and there’s nothing like it. I’ve been physically active my whole life, from being a professional ballet dancer to running a marathon. I really appreciate good exercise that’s kind to my body. Over the last few years the running has started to take a toll, but boot camp takes care of all issues and I do not hurt. I’m more physically fit than I’ve ever been.
